Catering by Sally services the motion picture industry in and outside of the United States catering for some of Hollywood's biggest celebrities. We pride ourselves on providing a variety of delicious homemade foods. We use only name brand products and the freshest ingredients. All food items, sauces and hors d' oeuvres are prepared homemade by our chefs Mike and Randy Alfano. Our state of the art mobile kitchen transports all food. Our mobile kitchen is designed with commercial convection ovens, walk in refrigeration and is all stainless steel construction. This is an important fact to consider when choosing a catering company as you can feel confident that your food is not being transported in coolers.
